Prologis, Inc., líder global en inmuebles logísticos, anuncia hoy el inicio de las obras de construcción de un edificio de 21.000 metros cuadrados desarrollado a riesgo en Prologis Park San Fernando, un parque logístico diseñado para acomodar hasta 90.000 metros cuadrados de edificios en San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.
Se prevé que el edificio se complete a principios del tercer trimestre de este año.

El edificio contará con los más altos estándares de calidad e importantes características técnicas, incluyendo una altura mínima de almacén de hasta 11 metros, lo que permite un aumento de la capacidad de almacenamiento de alrededor del 20 por ciento comparado con un edificio convencional.
Equipado con iluminación LED:
Entre las innovadoras características orientadas a la eficiencia energética en edificios logísticos, el edificio destaca por contar con equipos de iluminación LED que reducirán el consumo de electricidad en un 40 por cierto.
Una ubicación clave entre los principales mercados nacionales:
La propiedad está ubicada a 15 minutos del centro de Madrid, conectando directamente con la autovía A2, que une Madrid, Zaragoza y Barcelona, y la autovía de circunvalación conocida como M-50.
